CALIFORNIA - After three series Galaxy got a phone product demands Dutch Court in the Hague tribunal, is now demanding back the Samsung and the iPhone Apple iPad subject in the same place.
As quoted from TechCrunch, Sunday (25/09/2011), demanded that made the Samsung is a technology used by Apple's 3G patents. Korea-based company alleges Apple has violated four patents owned by them. Above it is also demanding that the Samsung and the iPhone iPad blocked in the Netherlands.
Four patents are the reason Samsung is also equal to the demands that they do against Apple in several countries including the United States, France, Japan, Britain, South Korea and Germany.
Parties Samsung said that Apple's much away on this patent issue. According to some observers, it is unlikely that this case will be no quick resolution, but Samsung could prove to Apple that they can not easily subdued.
Meanwhile, the Apple legal team reportedly was ready to hear opinions from both sides about a possible settlement of patent cases are in peace.
